My Place in Bliss

So basically this is what happens if you unleash a fanatic modding noob onto Oblivion. I adore this game and SI are by far my favourite part of it (just like Solstheim is my fave in Skyrim, I seem to have a strange relationships with DLCs) and I was dissapointed that there is no place to call home in Shivering Isles, except for Duke's/Duchess's Quarters. So I went and tossed an extra house into Bliss. Yay me. Somehow Oblivion Construction Set runs much smoother on my PC that Skyrim Creation Kit.
